Job Summary

CS task is to ensure excellent customer service provided. The position is responsible to monitor CS functions and tasks at Customer Care Center (CCe) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency activity and services in accordance with company's policies, Operations procedures and guidelines

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To provide clients, agents and collectors with excellent support and service
  • Cung cấp cho khách hàng, đại lý, thu phí viên sự hỗ trợ và dịch vụ xuất sắc
  • To conduct training/refreshment for new CS/ BCS staff  and have administration presentations to agency force
  • Hướng dẫn/huấn luyện công việc cho nhân viên CS/BCS mới và trình bày/chia sẻ thủ tục hành chính cho kênh đại lý
  • Control expenses within budget
  • Kiểm soát các chi phí tại khu vực
  • Kiểm soát và Hỗ trợ công tác tuyển dụng đại lý, bán hàng khuyến mãi và các công việc hành chính văn phòng (Monitor and support agency recruitment, sell promotion gifts and other admin tasks)
  • Kiểm soát và thực hiện và việc thu phí bảo hiểm, chi tiền bảo hiểm (Monitor & perform premium collection and disbursement task)
  • Kiểm soát và hướng dẫn công việc hỗ trợ đội ngũ đại lý (Monitor & conduct agency support)
  • Kiểm soát và thực hiện và việc trả lời điện thoại, tiếp khách hàng đến trực tiếp văn phòng (Monitor and receive calls from clients and welcome walk-in clients)
  • Kiểm soát và thực hiện các cuộc gọi chủ động đến khách hàng (Handle outbound calls to clients)
  • Kiểm soát và  thực hiện kiểm tra trùng tên, nhập hợp đồng mới và thay đổi thông tin hợp đồng bảo hiểm
  • (Monitor and check client’s potential name scan on Bridger, input new policy and process change when client requests as requirements)
  • Quản lý đội ngũ thu phí viên (Supervisor collector team management)
  • Kiểm soát và thực hiện việc huấn luyện/hướng dẫn cho các nhân viên mới và buổi họp chia sẻ thủ tục hành chính với bộ phận kinh doanh (Monitor and conduct training refreshment for new staff and have administration presentations to agency force) lý đội ngũ thu phí viên (Supervisor collector team management)

Reporting to: Manager, BCS


  • University Degree


  • At least 1-2 working year in dealing with customers
