Role Summary:

Perform secretarial and administrative duties including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, documentation to Agency Operation Management & the department.


Result Areas:

  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, documentation to Agency Operation Management & the department
  • Assist in the preparation of analysis for reports
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Assist in agency operation events

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with major in Business Studies preferable
  • At least 3 years’ administrative working experience


  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and coordination skills
  • Mature and well-organized
  • Good analytical and follow-up skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong PC skills, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
