Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan monthly training schedule getting agency leaders’ agreement to have most effective training activities in the location.
  • Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation (if have) as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery. 
  • Follow up strictly all processes & procedures’ requirements regarding efficient delivering MIT, SBW, and MITCS, JFW and any other training programs / procedures that belongs to Training Department to ensure to meet its required objectives accordingly. 
  • Sharpen knowledge, skills related to sales experiences through attending and supporting sales force in some sales events or activities in location. 
  • Cooperate effectively with sales force and colleagues to organize successfully all training courses or events in location to meet department’s objectives. 
  • Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment that provided externally or internally by others.  
  • Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training. 
  • Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety. 
  • Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.  
  • Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times. 
  • Be flexible about traveling to other geographical locations to deliver the courses whenever there is a need. 
  • Manage picks of workloads at the certain time of the month/ year. 
  • Arrange and attend weekly joint meeting with sales force to make sure all training activities being well done. 
  • Do a yearly evaluation and checkup test as required by Department with direct supervisor. 
  • Execute any professional job delegated by supervisor/ Team Leader whenever it needs.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Pedagogy or Finance or Economics


  • Having experience in Training or Life insurance is prefered


  • Presentation skills, Persuasive
