Job Descriptions:

Work with internal and external teams to effectively manage IT SOW/ contracts

Proactively manage contract expiration dates to avoid delays in contract starts; prevent

back-dated contracts

Review and revise vendor agreements and other documents prior to Legal review (local &


Move legal documents through the review and approval process, keeping vendor and

stakeholders appropriately updated

Assist with tracking vendor monthly KPI for key IT contracts and manage associated SLA

reporting requirements

Provide ideas/solutions for vendor Consolidation to reduce costs

identify areas for re-negotiations of SOW/contracts based on aggregate spend for the top


Engage IS managers in reviewing and understanding total cost of ownership of vendor

products and services

Office seating/relocation support for vendors

Quarterly reporting for senior management on overall vendors status

Fully support Request for Quote, Request for proposal processes

New vendor/vendor site risk assessment support

Required Skills & Experiences(must have):

-atleast 5 to 7 years of Business or Information Systems experience.

-Past contract/vendor management experience is must

-Experience in developing and administering Vendor Management Systems

-Preferably experience in large corporate procurement where all business units and IT interactions happen.

Skill & Experiences (is a plus):

-Financial industry (Insurance) experience is a plus


Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Full-Flextime system available)
