Develop and implement media activity plans to build Manulife Japan's profile in the market to support business growth.
Manage and execute financial disclosures in an effective and timely manner to increase transparency.
Develop company key message aligned with business strategy to deliver consistent and appealing mesage to external audience.
Manage financial disclosure including publishing quarterly financial results and annual statutory report which complies with the regulatory requirements in a timely fashion
Produce company brochure.
Lead and manage crisis communications.
Day to day strategic management of PR agency to maximize its capabilities to deliver expected outcome.
Liaise with corporate and regional offices to obtain useful information and support and share best practices.
Support Internal Communications and other functions of the BMC team for major company initiatives
Enhance media relations
Proactive approach to key journalists on regular basis to build solid relationships.
Pitch stories to media and key influencers to generate positive media exposure opportunities.
Develop effective press release and prepare Q&A materials.
Plan and coordinate media related events such as interviews, press conferences, media round table and paid/free publicity, etc.
Handle day to day media inquiries.
Develop press kit and fact sheet to provide necessary information to help reporters understand Manulife's business and services.
Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.
Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Full-Flextime system available)
