This incumbent will act as Human Resource (HR) advisor to business leaders and provide HR solutions to meet business needs.  He/she should be able to help leaders to implement people strategies to achieve business objectives.
Individual Accountabilities:
  • Act as HR advisor to assigned client group (s) delivering suite of solutions to meet the business’ people needs, or to consult on workforce and individual people issues
  • Execute the people strategy that facilitates the acquisition and development of talent pipeline for the assigned client group(s)
  • Proactively assess business needs to identify and advise on solutions, and to feedback to CoEs as “market intelligence”
  • Bring in required specialists from CoEs and Shared Services as-needed to deliver against business needs
  • Facilitate, advise, and champion products, services, policies and standards developed by CoE and Shared Services
  • Monitor HR SLAs and client satisfaction levels
  • Challenges business leaders in terms of risk management, compliance, as well as to try new concepts and solutions
  • Implement global and regional initiatives in a customer centric way
  • Responsible for other HR initiatives as assigned
Key Shared Accountabilities:
  • Drive higher engagement levels in partnership with department managers to help improve engagement scores
  • Assist in executing organizational re-design in Business Units
  • Set expectations with leaders regarding HR role(s) (HRP, shared services, CoEs)
  • Provide input/opinion re: talent assessment of leaders

Job Requirement:
  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in multinational companies
  • Well versed in PH Employment and other regulatory practices
  • Knowledgeable of financial industry
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and build trust
  • Must be well organized and detailed in approach, with good follow-through
  • Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines
  • Good communication, interpersonal and facilitation skill
  • Committed, growth mindset, collaborative, proactive and customer focused

  • Client relationship for the assigned groups
  • Execution of assigned HR programs

  • Influence talent solutions for the assigned clients
