The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for over-all sales performance through recruitment, management, and development of all the Area Sales Managers and Financial Sales Associates under the region of assignment. Furthermore, the position is the primary implementer of the company sales and marketing plans by leading his team of Area Sales Manager. The Regional Manager serves as a support in the relationship building efforts of the Area Sales Managers in building professional relationship between the Financial Sales Associates and the branches.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales production targets in terms of parameters set by the company for his region of assignment.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies provided by the company.
  • Ensure that Area Sales Managers in the region deliver Minimum Validation Requirement set by the company.
  • Monitor the Financial Sales Associate recruitment activities of the Area Managers and provide necessary support to attain 100% Financial Sales Associates compliment within the region.
  • Support the Area Sales Managers in developing a professional relationship with China Bank branch officers and staff and the Area Head of the designated area.
  • Support the Area Sales Managers in the development of all the Financial Sales Associates assigned in the region.
  • Manages all the area management activities of Area Sales Managers within the designated region through monitoring and activity management system.
  • Develop the management and leadership skills of each of the Area Sales Managers in the region through coaching and training.
  • Generate and submit all reports requested by management in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications

  • Must be a College graduate from a reputable university.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word and Excel).
  • Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred for this position but those with sales and customer service experience gained from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, pre-need, hospitality and IT industries are also encouraged to apply.
  • Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Personable, with above average interpersonal and communication skills.
