Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join the Digital Marketing team at Manulife Japan.  In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategy and plans, primarily focusing on customer retention campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.


Job Descriptions:

Develop retention marketing strategy and plans, and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement.

Execute email campaigns end-to-end, from idea generation, planning, content creation, through launch, to post campaign analysis.

Analyze data to come up with actionable insights.

Support company SNS operation and analysis in driving user engagement.

Develop and manage web pages using the content management system (CMS).

Lead special projects as assigned.


Experiences :

AT least 3 years experience in multiple disciplines of digital marketing, including customer retention or acquisition programs.

At least 3 years experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns end-to-end.

At least 3 years experience in data analysis to drive actionable insights.

At least 2 years experience in Social Media.

Skills & Competencies:

Self-starter with strong business acumen

Data-driven and results-oriented

Attention to details to flawlessly execute campaigns and projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Project Management skills

┬čStrong problem-solving skills

Native level Japanese and business level English to be able to communicate with regional and global counterparts.


Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Full-Flextime system available)
