Main task:

  • Provide IT Infrastructure purchasing support including sourcing, selection of suppliers, process PO, payment processing and all necessary update to inventory and reporting, in accordance to applicable policies and the guidance from Asia GIS Purchasing Manager
  • Prepare MIS reports to Asia GIS Purchasing Manager for IT Infrastructure Purchasing in Vietnam
  • Maintain IT Hardware and Software inventory in Vietnam
  • Support Contract Management team in Asia for the IT Infrastructure Contracts in Vietnam, e.g. liaison with legal team, support contract sign off, maintains records and inventory, contract lifecycle management, MIS report
  • May be required to support other countries in Asia for the above tasks as and when required

Location: 75 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu ward, Dictrict 7, Ho Chi Minh city

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION / TRAINING

  • Graduated from College or University

PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION

  • Good English communication, both written and spoken

COMPETENCIES

  • Good Customer service skills
  • Good Communication skills

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in similar/same position

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY

  • MS Offices

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIP

  • GIS Business Services Team in Asia, based in Hong Kong
  • GIS team in Vietnam
  • All departments and 3rd Parties
