Role Summary


Assist in planning and implementing sales promotion and incentive programs.  Knowledge and experience in event planning and production.


Result Areas

  • Assist in planning and implementing sales promotion and incentive programs, including agency communication meetings, overseas conferences, recognition programs and dinners, MDRT events
  • Highly engaged in creative development, production and execution of various events
  • Coordinate with different vendors to ensure a smooth delivery of agency events
  • Assist in planning and monitoring the expenses are within budget for each individual project
  • Assist in coordinating various ad hoc projects

Experience & Qualification

  • Degree holder in Marketing or Communications
  • At least 4 years of work experience with 2 years in marketing, event production, or sales promotion field
  • Knowledge and experience in event planning and production is required
  • Experience in life insurance industry is a definite advantage


  • Creative, flexible and able to work under pressure & tight schedules
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player, organized and attentive to details
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
