Role Summary


Co-ordinate with each district and branch to oversee the day-to-day sales and sales practice issues.


Result Areas

  • Co-ordinate with each district and branch to oversee the day-to-day sales and sales practice issues.
  • Deploy appropriate resources to help each branch or district to fulfill their sales targets.
  • Provide sales coaching to each IS and motivate high sales performance of each individual IS within the team.
  • Jointly responsible for the referral and sales targets of the branch and district.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent business qualification
  • 5-8 years of working experiences with at least 2 years of sales management experience in financial services industry
  • Currently HKFI registered or qualified for HKFI registration (pass in all relevant papers)


  • Knowledge in banking, financial services and sales management
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Excellent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
