Officer, office services will support on administration that ensure service level standard to internal clients. 



  • Processing payment requests to Finance department for the completed production/delivery as per the invoices
  • Making sure that all invoices are paid on time and accurate
  • Monitoring and processing monthly payment for all general office expenses i.e Fuel allowance, office cleaning, office supplies and company vehicles
  • Managing company’s internal events (refreshment/lunch/dinner) i.e green celebration, staff induction, team building,  internal workshop, and training course
  • Liaise closely with various departments and agencies to address problems & support in office services to ensure it meet the services level standard
  • Oversee logistics support to the company
  • Liaise closely with various departments and agencies to address problems & support in office services to ensure it meet the services level standard
  • Front desk support management including Company car pool management
  • Accommodation, air ticket, and transportation booking and arrangement
  • Manage transportation usage (Taxi card, tracking report, and make payment)

  • Bachelor degree in related fields is preferred
  • Good knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written in English and Khmer
  • Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite
