Reporting into GIS EUS Director, the manager will be responsible for overall operations management of EUS Deskside operations in MBPS (Quezon City & Cebu) primarily covering Remote Desktop Support(RDS), Remote Order Desk(ROD) and onsite Desktop Support (DSS). Reporting directly to this manager at this time will be leaders of each team. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure overall business SLAs and goals are met
  • Develop management initiatives and employee engagement strategies
  • Present accurate detailed deliverable reports
  • Manage attendance adherence ensuring staffing is appropriate at all times
  • Ensure that policies, processes and controls are in place and enforced
  • Manage team’s financial expenses
  • Define and/or implement business strategy
  • Execute business plans

  • Driven to execute management functions
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with high degree of confidence.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency in a timely fashion
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Solid decision making and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and management skills with emphasis on detail
  • Experience in managing both established and growing team
  • Strong ability to enforce policies
  • Integrity, maturity and credibility to interact with up to senior-level leaders internally and externally

Work Hours: M-F primarily night shift MLA (may need to work day shift/mid shift as business need arises)
