Job Summary 

Responsible in reviewing documents for insurance applications and capturing the pertinent information into the systems based on the established guidelines. Coordinate with the agents and various teams in the New Business for the completion of outstanding clients' record needed for policy fulfillment. 

Key Accountabilities 
  • Accountable for reviewing all incoming applications and documentation for accuracy
  • Handles the set-up of cases based on multiple sales channels and adhere to their individual procedural nuances
  • Provides back-up support to the document management role
  • Adds all sales and support contact information based on the most current sales agreements to ensure integrity of commission payments and privacy of client data
  • Ensures that the data entered into the Siebel system and all outstanding requirements are 100% accurate to warrant that there are no delays in case processing
  • Identify the correct requirement based on policy size and sales channel

Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:

Educational Attainment: College or University graduate of any course

Technical Skills:
  • Ability to use the desktop computer system 
  • Booting and shutting down computer, using mouse and keyboard 
  • Toggling between multiple applications during each transaction 
  • Familiarity with shortcut key functions (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to use email 
  • Composing and sending emails
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Excel
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent in written and communication skills 
    • Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate paragraph 
    • Ability to comprehend 
    • Ability to maintain quality standards
  • Ability to proactively respond to situations (escalations or rush requests) 
    • Able to perform timely investigation and decision making 
    • Ability to research information based on available demographic information 
    • Influencing others to act in the best interest of the clients
  • Ability to do multi-tasking 
  • Keen attention to details 
  • Ability to understand simple insurance process or principles 
    • Additional information regarding life insurance is an advantage
  • Able to follow product and process protocol 
  • Product Specific Knowledge 
    • Ability to understand simple insurance process or principles 
    • Additional information regarding life insurance is an advantage
  • Knowledge on Document Identification and AC transaction types 
  • Knowledge and expertise on Brokerage 
  • Able to determine the missing requirements of all the cases handled
