Main task:

  • Input claim data
  • Nhập dữ liệu liên quan đén yêu cầu giải quyết bồi thường
  • Contact doctors/ hospitals or other persons/ organization (if necessary) to verify information to make Claims decision
  • Liên hệ với các bác sĩ/ bệnh viện hoặc các cá nhân/ cơ quan tổ chức khác (nếu cần) để xác minh thông tin để xem xét giải quyết quyền lợi bảo hiểm
  • Review and approve cases referred from Claims Officer, make decisions within claims approval limit
  • Xem xét lại các cases do Claims Officer đệ trình, ra quyết định bồi thường trong phạm vi đã được công ty cho phép
  • Review and recommend for approval by Head of Department or above for cases outside claims approval limit
  • Xem xét hồ sơ yêu cầu bồi thường và đưa ra quyết định để được duyệt bởi Trưởng bộ phận hặc cấp cao hơn đối với những vụ việcngoài phạm vi được phép quyết định
  • Prepare letter/text  to answer to client
  • Soạn thư/ văn bản để trả lời cho khách hàng về quyền lợi yêu cầu bồi thường
  • Update claims decision on system
  • Nhập quyết định giải quyết bồi thường vào hệ thống
  • Request and print DNR
  • Phát hành DNR.
  • Other tasks are asigned by Department Head
  • Những việc khác theo phân công của Trưởng Phòng / Bộ Phận
