*Job discription

  • Ensure the success of experienced agency leaders Manulife, develop 10 DM+ become special agency leaders who are SWAT’s member, have capacity to instead of Sales Manager in 2019.
  • Build selection process, Development Program, Benefits for SWAT & corporate with SRH in interview & selecting 10 members for SWAT from DM+.
  • Ensure that SWAT will meet their KPIs.(KPIs: APE growth, New active recruits, 3MMA & New Promoted UM)
  • Support Head of Strategic Initiatives in ePOS, MX Project & other projects delegated when need arises.
  • Review the current inexperienced development program and if need be; redesign, redevelop the programmes. Some of the programmes( not exhaustive) include:
  • Inactive agents programs
  • Sales Manager Development Program
  • Any other sales activity, incentives that will produce agency leaders in Manulife.
  • Work with CPD & QA to ensure each training and development need of the experienced agency leaders(DM+) is being accounted for and achieves continual improvement
  • Work with SRH, RH, SAVP, AVP, SRD, RD, SSM, SM, managers, trainers etc to draw the best field practices to develop a best practice for experienced agency force.
  • This role requires the incumbent to do regular travelling to different regions of Vietnam
  • Any other task delegated when the need arises.

  • Bachelor or above
  • Professional Training qualification will be an added advantage


  • FLMI
  • PPM Certificate of Conductor


  • Is familiar with MDRT, LIMRA and the services offered.
  • Able to do stand up training
  • Able to facilitate training sessions with senior managers
  • Able to coach, train, develop and lead a team of Agency Managers to the desired competency
  • Able to design programmes based on instructional methods and materials.
  • Able to stimulate and sustain learner motivation and engagement.
  • Good project manager.
  • Use media and technology to enhance learning and performance.
  • Able to assess learning and performance.
  • Has a fair to develop others


  • Min 2 years of insurance advisor
  • Min 3 years of insurance management level.
  • Min 3 year of Agency Business Development
