Job Description 
  1. Assist the Manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
  2. Coordinate operations;  liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues
  3. Ensure schedules and objectives are met
  4. Assist the Manager in supervising and motivating junior staffs
  5. Create reports, analyse and interpret data
  6. Review existing work processes and recommend improvements
Local Grade: G3B
Global Grade: Technical / Specialist
Qualifications

Requirements
  1. Min 3-5 years in life insurance operations
  2. At least 1 year in a supervisory role in an insurance company
  3. Familiar with financial and customer service principles and practices
  4. Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  5. Leadership and organizational abilities
  6. Interpersonal and communication skills
