Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • Design and deliver wire frames, user stories, user journeys, and mock ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Adept soliciting and using customer insights as well as thinks intuitively about customer needs
  • Manage functional and content development
  • Collaborate and drive agencies and internal suppliers to deliver quality to time and budget
  • Broad base of digital technology and development knowledge and keeps up with the latest
  • Strong conceptualization ability, design thinking and strong visual communication ability
  • Producing effective and attractive digital solutions within a timeframe
  • Collaborate efficiently with designers, production managers and developers
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information System or any related fields
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry‚Äôs latest trends and technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of common software project management practices
  • Understanding of common software development practices
