Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Business Development Managers/Sales Managers/ Tele Sales Team Leader where necessary to proceed recruitment process.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Head/Sales Managers to arrange candidate for initial training
  • Be responsible for conducting and delivering key training sessions (product, process, soft skills) for the channel partners and internal staff
  • Be responsible for licensing for new IO/IS, managing training logistics and coordinate with the MLV Training Team to learn best practice/ superior training programs, customize and cascade for Partnership Distribution department
  • Support Sales Managers by participating to join field-work activities with sales force (IS/ IO and Banks sales staff) on a regular and periodic basis
  • Be responsible for recording training data
  • Daily admin work
  • Other assignments as business/ department requires

Location: 75 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu ward, Dictrict 7, Ho Chi Minh city
Qualifications

EDUCATION / TRAINING

  • A good bachelor degree majoring in marketing, Finance,
  • Business management

PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION

  • Preferably obtain some basic life insurance qualifications

COMPETENCIES

  • Conduct Stand up training
  • Ability to interact with many people and various levels
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Analytical
  • Able to see things from the point of view of others

EXPERIENCE

  • Work in insurance company for at least  1 year
  • Training/sales experience in life insurance
  • Bancassurance or Telemarketing

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel Power point, Word

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIP

  • Internal:
  • Within the department
  • Other departments, namely Underwriting, Finance, Agency Training…
