Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise movements in AMS of sales distribution channels: new hire register, licensing, agent movements: promotion, demotion, change unit, termination.
  • Build and maintain Distribution’s structure in AMS
  • Take commission UAT for new products
  • Be Agency Data controller
  • Be Quality Assurance of the Department.
  • Manage admin workload to meet operational requirement
  • Ensure related-system tasks are processed in an accurate, compliant and  manner
  • Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
  • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (including internal report or external reports)
  • Review and recommend improvements on related policies and procedures
  • Maintain Internal control & double check role in place and frequency
  • Plan or backup plan in persons and tasks in team
  • Build a high performing team

  • Đảm bảo chất lượng hoạt động của hệ thống AMS
  • Thực hiện việc kiểm tra kết quả hoa hồng được áp dụng cho đại lý/partner khi Công ty công bố sản phẩm mới .
  • Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát về việc lưu hành thông tin đại lý.
  • Tiến hành kiểm tra định kỳ về các hoạt động hành chính và chi trả hoa hồng của phòng
  • Chuẩn bị các báo cáo tuần/tháng/quí/năm cho nội bộ hoặc MOF
  • Đảm bảo các công việc hành chính được chính xác, tuân thủ chính sách và đúng thời hạn
  • Đảm bảo tính pháp lý cho các báo cáo và chứng từ liên quan
  • Xem xét và đề xuất thay đổi cho các chính sách và qui trình cho phù hợp
  • Duy trì hình thức kiểm tra chéo và kiểm soát nội bộ
  • Lập kế hoạch [dự phòng] về [luân chuyển] nhiệm vụ hoặc công việc trong MIS team
  • Xây dựng đội ngũ vững mạnh
  • Các nhiệm vụ khác khi được yêu cầu: là đại diện của phòng cho các dự án chung BUCP, Record Management, vv…

  • University degree


  • At least 3-5 years working experience
