- Delivery of successful initiatives in a timely manner based on project objectives and success criteria. Data Test process and support of data test lead in development of overall test process/structure
- Promoting and enabling a high degree of collaboration among Business SMEs and decision makers, the Business Transformation Office, the Project Management Office and Information Services partners to ensure successful, quick delivery.
- Production of high quality business requirements; including the creation of documentation in various formats including Test Cases, User Stories, Test Scripts
- Identification and escalation of key risks, issues and dependencies, as well as cost benefit tradeoffs among a variety of options to align with overall project and program objectives. Clear communication and reporting on testing errors.
- Successful planning and implementation of testing as well as identify and recommend resolution to testing errors.
- MS Excel functions and formulas
- Knowledgeable in best in class processes, tools and technology as well as the ability to apply practical results oriented approach to accelerate the delivery of solution assessments for execution
- Windows Application Troubleshooting.
- Must pass current job expectations and meet performance metrics.
- Must not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action.
- Chinese proficiency (reading traditional/simplified) is a must
- Computer Science / Information Technology
- 2+ years of progressive responsibility and accountability in one or more of:
- IT/IS testing
- Development of organization-wide data policies and processes
- Excellent comprehension, analytical and decision making skills
- Self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Microsoft Office suite including Word, MS Project and SharePoint
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel features such as pivot tables, pivot charts, filters, and functions
- Database skills in SQL Server and Oracle. Other database technologies are an advantage.
