Ensure the growth of agent segmentation and increase activation ratio in 5 segment of Manulife Indonesia in agency channel with various approaches of sales, development and initiatives to achieve the change of sales behaviors which lead to the increment of agreed key sales parameters. The segment includes New Agent, In-active, Middle Tiers, Aspirant and MDRT
Develop learning and initiatives to provide progressive segmentation growth  
Develop learning and initiatives to provide activation growth in agency
Manage the implementation of agency segmentation activities (training, workshop, open class, initiatives, etc) and maintain the activities is executed in professional manners as determined in each of the program guide line to ensure the achievement of learning & sales objectives;
Conduct regular tracking of in-active, activation and segmentation growth to fill identified performance gaps
Management Manage delivery of activation activities are achieving its objectives, in line with divisional standard operating procedure as well as compliance and legal guidance; Work closely with Territory Heads and ABDs to monitor in-active pipeline, activation and agent segmentation to achieve segmentation growth. Develop a set of MIS to fully inform the Agency management team on the progress and status of each segment.

  • Having experience in 5 years, insurance background would be advantage
