Job Specifications:

  • NB Officer reports to Senior Assistant Manager  and is responsible for NB admin, inputting and underwriting non-medical policies.
  • The major responsibilities include providing excellent NB admin and UW service for clients in all distribution channels with improved productivity, unit costs and strong compliance with all corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Nhân Viên Hành Chính Thẩm Định báo cáo cho Phó Phòng Thẩm Định và hoàn tất công việc hành chính, nhập và thẩm định hợp đồng bảo hiểm (không có yêu cầu khám y tế).
  • Trách nhiệm chủ yếu bao gồm việc cung cấp dịch vụ thẩm định tốt cho các khách hàng tham gia bảo hiểm của tất cả các kênh phát triển kinh doanh với năng suất công việc cải thiện, hiệu quả chi phí và tuân thủ chặt chẽ các quy định tổ chức.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To bind, dispatch and deliver policies to all locations.

  • To input, underwrite and issue non-medical cases.

  • Ensure compliance with all corporate and regulatory guidelines re UW and NB admin.

  • To support in NB admin procedure and workflow
  • Hỗ trợ về quy trình hành chính của Bộ phận.
  • To participate in NB Projects.

Reporting to: Director, NB & UW
Location: 75 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu ward, Dictrict 7, Ho Chi Minh city
Qualifications

EDUCATION / TRAINING

  • College or University Degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Underwriting experience is an advantage

PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION

  • Insurance qualifications is an advantage             

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY

  • For office requirements

COMPETENCIES

  • Fast learner and hard working
  • Good communication skills
  • Can work under pressure
