- Deliver regular reports for Operation/Distribution area based on agreed SLA.
• Deliver ad hoc reports to support Operation/Distribution initiatives.
• Ensure all reports are delivered on timely basis and accurately.
• Work with business units to ensure reports already met with user needs.
• Regularly review existing reports to identify area of improvements.
• Responsible for documentation of current reporting process by ensuring the procedures and working instruction always updated based on the latest process.
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Experience in insurance field will be a appreciated
- Good reporting skills , system literate as well as manual reporting by excel
- Good communication in term of business coordination, stakeholder management
