The role will be expected to manage inbound customer care call coming from the customers, which:
- Responding to incoming calls from customers, which come from the customers in regard inquiries, information, data updates and many things.
- To provide relevant information according to customer inquiries incoming call
- To take initiate on relevant escalation in a proper way, for some cases which required higher authorities advice or action
- To reach some specific inbound call number in daily, weekly and monthly
- To provide relevant and timely manner reporting on activities
- Minimum Bachelor degree graduated from any studies
- Good literate with computer in specific Ms Word and Excel
- Have a strong communication skill
- Capable to work in high pace working environment and repetitive task
- Experienced working for customer care, inbound marketing staff or inside sales will be highly appreciated Category:
